We are looking for 2 Senior Digital Workplace Engineers to join our team:
Role 1 – Digital Workplace Engineer (Modern Workplace (Microsoft Endpoint & M365)
The Digital Workplace Engineer is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous evolution of enterprise Digital Workplace services, with a strong focus on end-user devices, software lifecycle management, and Microsoft Modern Management platforms.
This role has a key responsibility in defining standards, driving technical decisions, and leading complex initiatives related to endpoint management, software distribution, operating systems, and collaboration services, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence across a large, multinational environment.
The Senior Engineer acts as a technical reference point for the team and a trusted partner for architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
Role 2 – Digital Workplace Engineer (Workplace Operations (Windows Client & DEX)
The Digital Workplace Engineer Senior – Workplace Operations is a key operational role responsible for the stability, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Windows client environment, with a strong focus on end user experience (DEX).
This role operates at the intersection of Windows client operations, endpoint management, performance monitoring, and user services, ensuring high service quality through advanced troubleshooting, automation, and proactive operational improvements.
The position requires deep expertise in PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills to manage complex incidents, optimize performance, and continuously enhance the Digital Workplace in challenging, enterprise scale environments.
What you’ll need to succeed
Role 1 – Digital Workplace Engineer (Modern Workplace (Microsoft Endpoint & M365)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Microsoft certifications (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, M365 Enterprise Administrator, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Technical Skills – Digital Workplace & Endpoint Management
Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (ConfigMgr) in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in:
Software packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
Co-management and cloud-native endpoint strategies
Windows servicing, feature updates, and patch management
Deep knowledge of Client PC strategies and enterprise OS management.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, GPOs, and identity integration.
Role 2 – Digital Workplace Engineer (Workplace Operations (Windows Client & DEX)
Several years of experience in Digital Workplace / Windows Operations roles.
Proven capability to act as senior technical reference.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Advanced PowerShell scripting (automation, diagnostics, remediation).
