System Administration & Operations (L3)

Provide L3 support for Linux and container platform‑related incidents

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis in production environments

Support BAU / Run activities, including incident, problem, and change management

Participate in maintenance windows, patching cycles, and major infrastructure changes

Security, Hardening & Compliance

Perform Linux system hardening in line with internal security standards and industry best practices

Support security hardening and configuration validation for Kubernetes environments

Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with Security and Audit teams during assessments and remediation activities

Support automation for OS provisioning, configuration, and container platform operations

Performance, Monitoring & Capacity

Monitor Linux and Kubernetes platform health, performance, and capacity

Identify performance bottlenecks and implement tuning and remediation actions

Support proactive capacity planning and availability risk identification

Collaboration & Cross-Team Integration

Collaborate with network, storage, middleware, security, and application teams

Support application onboarding on both VM‑based and container‑based platforms

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and operational efficiency
