Role 1 – Junior Digital Workplace Engineer (Software Release Management)

The Digital Workplace Engineer – Software Release Management will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases within the Digital Workplace domain.

The role focuses on software lifecycle management, application release coordination, validation, and controlled deployment across end‑user devices in an enterprise environment.

Working closely with Digital Workplace, IT Operations, Security, and external vendors, this role ensures that software changes are delivered safely, consistently, and in compliance with enterprise standards, minimizing user impact and operational risk.

Role 2 – Junior Digital Workplace Engineer (System Engineer - Modern Workplace)

Design and manage solutions related to Digital workplace services, with a strong emphasis on the end‑user device management, solutions and tools.

Manage hardware certification processes to guarantee compatibility and performance.

Develop and implement client PC and operating system strategies (windows 11) to ensure a seamless user experience.

Handle software distribution, making sure that all necessary software is correctly installed and updated on all devices (Application Software Packaging, Application Integration & Certification, Software distribution, lifecycle and patching release Management).

Administer our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform, providing reliable and performant virtual desktops to our team.

Oversee mobile device management, ensuring secure and efficient access to our services across various devices.

Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) services related to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure the security and compliance of our digital workplace implementing security best practices for endpoints.

Maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations, changes, and procedures related to the modern workplace.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certifications related to Modern Workplace, M365, or endpoint management.
Technical Skills
• Software Release & Change Management fundamentals (release planning, validation, rollback awareness).
• Software Distribution & Lifecycle concepts (packaging, patching, deployment).
• Endpoint management tools exposure (e.g. Intune, SCCM).
• Basic knowledge of Windows client environments.
• Awareness of enterprise IT governance and security principles.
• Scripting basics (PowerShell preferred).
Soft Skills
• Strong attention to detail and structured execution mindset.
• Good communication skills with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams and follow defined processes.
• Willingness to learn release governance, enterprise standards, and best practices.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Optional: Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) would be advantageous.
Digital Workplace Services:
• End‑User Device Management (Intune, SCCM).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure services (Active Directory, GPO).
• VDI and Software Distribution.
Collaboration and Messaging Systems:
• Microsoft 365 Services.

Programming Languages:
• Knowledge of PowerShell, .NET, Visual Basic, JavaScript, C++.
Best Practices:
• Knowledge of guidelines and best practices for distributed IT solutions and some network infrastructure knowledge.
• Understanding of IT security principles and data protection regulations.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
