What you'll be doing
Analyze and translate complex business and regulatory requirements into detailed technical specifications Support the design and evolution of applications and platforms within the UniCredit digital and Cash Management ecosystem Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements aligned with Group architecture, security, and resilience standards Act as a technical point of reference for projects, change initiatives, and production enhancements Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, vendors, and operations teams Contribute to system integration design, data flows, interface specifications, and service orchestration Support impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment Perform impact analysis for changes driven by regulations, scheme releases, clearing migration, or client onboarding Support functional and technical testing phases (integration, UAT, scheme testing, market certification) and release readiness Ensure alignment with UniCredit Group architecture principles, security standards, and operational resilience requirements Provide coaching and technical guidance to less-experienced technical analysts and team members
What you'll need to succeed
3-5 years/8+ years of experience in digital product management within banking or financial services Solid experience (typically 6+ years) for Seniors in technical analysis, system analysis, or IT delivery roles Deep understanding of payment processing concepts: SEPA (SCT, SDD, Inst), SWIFT, correspondent banking, clearing & settlement models, cut-offs, reconciliation, etc. Strong exposure to ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging, and payment data structures Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change management processes System integration experience (APIs, microservices, middleware, batch and event-driven flows) Knowledge and experience with main RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle, MS SQL) Experience working with messaging systems such as IBM MQ, ActiveMQ/Artemis Good understanding of containerized environments (OpenShift/GKE), Tomcat/JBoss Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools Understanding of security, resilience, and performance constraints in financial services Ability to produce clear technical documentation and models Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams Proactive, accountable, and delivery-oriented approach Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience English proficiency (minimum B1)

Additional European language (e.g. German) Exposure to instant payments, liquidity management, or real-time processing Relevant certifications (e.g. Cloud, Architecture, IT Service Management) Experience operating in international, matrix-driven organizations
