Role 1 – Medior Digital Workplace Engineer (Mobile device management)
The Digital Workplace Engineer – Mobile Device Management will support the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise mobile and endpoint management solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune.
The role contributes to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of mobile and end user devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) within the Digital Workplace ecosystem, enabling productivity while adhering to corporate security and governance standards.
Working closely with Digital Workplace, Security, and IT Operations teams, this role supports the evolution of modern device management in a regulated enterprise environment.
What you'll be doing
- Support the configuration and operation of Microsoft Intune for managing mobile and endpoint devices.
- Assist in the management of Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices within enterprise policies.
- Contribute to the implementation of device compliance, configuration, and security policies.
- Support device enrollment and provisioning workflows (corporate and BYOD scenarios).
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving device management issues.
- Support the implementation of endpoint security baselines and conditional access–related configurations.
- Work with IT Security teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and data protection requirements.
- Assist in managing device posture, compliance states, and remediation actions.
- Collaborate with Digital Workplace teams on end user device lifecycle activities.
- Support integration between Intune, identity services, and collaboration tools.
- Contribute to alignment between hardware certification outcomes and mobile/device management policies.
- Maintain technical documentation related to device configurations, enrollment, and operational procedures.
- Support operational readiness, standard operating procedures, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Role 2 – Medior Digital Workplace Engineer (Modern Workplace (Microsoft Endpoint & M365))
The Digital Workplace Engineer contributes to the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of Digital Workplace services, with a focus on end-user devices, software distribution, and Microsoft Modern Management platforms.
The role is hands‑on and operational, working within defined architectures and standards, while progressively gaining autonomy and responsibility on complex tasks related to endpoint management, operating systems, and Microsoft 365 services.
The Engineer works closely with senior engineers, security teams, and service partners to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient Digital Workplace services across the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Implement and operate Digital Workplace solutions, with focus on end-user device and client management.
- Perform software distribution activities using Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including:
- Application packaging (MSI, Win32, MSIX)
- Deployment and validation of applications
- Support for application lifecycle, patching, and upgrades
- Support endpoint management operations (Windows 10 / Windows 11), including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to co-management and modern management scenarios under senior guidance.
- Support hardware certification and compatibility activities, executing test plans and validations.
- Operate and support VDI platforms as part of daily service management.
- Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint configurations.
- Support Microsoft 365 services related to Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to apply endpoint security controls and compliance policies.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in rollout activities, service improvements, and incident/problem resolution.
Role 3 – Medior Digital Workplace Engineer
The Digital workplace engineer Engineer will be responsible for managing and enhancing our digital workplace services, with a focus on end-user devices: desktop, laptop and mobile device management, hardware certification, operating system, VDI platform, and software distribution, and the entire communication and collaboration service based on M365.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a robust and efficient IT environment that supports and drives the strategic objectives of our organization.
What you'll be doing
- Design and manage solutions related to Digital workplace services, with a strong emphasis on the end-user device management, solutions and tools.
- Manage hardware certification processes to guarantee compatibility and performance.
- Develop and implement client PC and operating system strategies (windows 11) to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Handle software distribution, making sure that all necessary software is correctly installed and updated on all devices (Application Software Packaging, Application Integration & Certification, Software distribution, lifecycle and patching release Management).
- Administer our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform, providing reliable and performant virtual desktops to our team.
- Oversee mobile device management, ensuring secure and efficient access to our services across various devices.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) services related to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure the security and compliance of our digital workplace implementing security best practices for endpoints.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations, changes, and procedures related to the modern workplace.
What you'll need to succeed
Role 1 – Medior Digital Workplace Engineer (Mobile device management)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Nice to have: Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint Management, Intune, or Modern Workplace.
- Microsoft Intune fundamentals (device enrollment, configuration, compliance).
- Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS device environments.
- Basic understanding of identity and access concepts (e.g. Azure AD / Entra ID fundamentals).
- Award of enterprise security and compliance principles.
- Scripting basics (PowerShell preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow structured processes.
- Good communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in cross functional enterprise environments.
- Curiosity and motivation to grow toward MDM / Endpoint Management specialization.
Role 2 – Medior Digital Workplace Engineer (Modern Workplace (Microsoft Endpoint & M365))
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft certifications related to Modern Desktop / Endpoint / M365 are a plus.
- Good hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (ConfigMgr).
- Practical experience with:
- Software packaging and deployment
- Application troubleshooting and validation
- Patch and application lifecycle management
- Experience managing Windows client environments.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policies.
- Understanding of VDI concepts and enterprise client virtualization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell for operational tasks and basic automation.
- Willingness to grow automation and scripting skills over time.
- Understanding of endpoint security fundamentals and compliance concepts.
- Ability to apply security baselines and operational security controls.
- Awareness of best practices for enterprise endpoint environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
