Team Overview
Our dynamic team, belonging to UniCredit Digital Compliance, is responsible for delivering, governing and evolving critical digital solutions supporting Anti-Financial Crime and AML Transaction Monitoring across multiple countries.
What you'll be doing
Act as senior product specialist for the TXM AML platform in UCB AG, ensuring stability, compliance and continuous evolution. Communicate and collaborate with Business, Compliance, Security, Audit, IT and external vendors to understand requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory and business needs. Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring the solution remains up to date in terms of functionality, technology and regulatory compliance. Lead and oversee change initiatives (upgrades, regulatory adaptations, platform evolution), ensuring proper governance from requirements to go-live. Ensure strong ownership of RUN activities, with priority and commitment on incidents, issues, security vulnerability, obsolescence and production stability. Monitor system performance and gather structured feedback from end users to drive continuous improvement. Manage external application providers, ensuring delivery quality, contractual compliance and cost efficiency. Support audit activities and regulatory inspections by ensuring proper documentation, traceability and evidence.
What you'll need to succeed
Senior experience in Digital Product Management, IT Product Ownership or similar roles within regulated environments (banking / compliance preferred). Solid understanding of AML Transaction Monitoring platforms and their functional architecture (alert generation, scoring, workflows, case management). Proven ability to operate in hybrid technology landscapes including Mainframe and Open systems on Linux servers. Experience with enterprise-grade databases and data stores, such as DB2, Oracle, NAS. Solid experience in end-to-end service delivery, including requirements definition, estimation, implementation, testing, go-live and post go-live support. Experience working with vendor-delivered software (Software Purchased As-Is) and managing related constraints. Excellent communication skills, including preparation of executive-level summaries and clear status reporting. Awareness of security, audit and regulatory requirements applicable to AML platforms in a banking environment. Strong ownership mindset, leadership attitude and ability to drive accountability without formal hierarchical authority. Good knowledge of planning, budget, capacity allocation and resource management. English mandatory (minimum B1).
