The Digital Payments domain is responsible for delivering ICT solutions that enhance UniCredit’s digital product offering for Corporate and SME clients.
We are looking for a Medior Digital Product Specialist/Business Analyst to support the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of digital products. The role sits between junior execution and senior product leadership, combining hands‑on delivery with growing strategic responsibility. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure digital products meet user needs and business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning, execution, and backlog refinement.
Ensure timely delivery of product features aligned with roadmap priorities.
Maintain up-to-date product documentation (requirements, guides, release notes).
Support testing phases (UAT) to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
Act as a key interface between business, technology, UX, marketing, legal, and operations.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and internal benchmarks.
Work closely with engineering and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
What you’ll need to succeed
3–5 years of experience in digital product management within banking, product operations, or business analyst roles.
Ability to write clear user stories and functional requirements.
Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Exposure to digital platforms (web, mobile apps, APIs, SaaS, or enterprise systems).
Understanding of banking processes, digital channels, and enterprise IT landscapes.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently.
Comfortable working in cross‑functional and international teams.
Knowledge of the non‑functional requirements underneath the business features is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Execution & discipline maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery.
Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
English proficiency (minimum B1).
Nice to have
Additional European language (e.g. German).
Knowledge of Cash Pooling and related techniques.
Experience operating in international, matrix‑driven organizations.
UniCredit tools expertise (Jira, ALM, ServiceNow…).
