About the Role

Portfolio Operations within the Global Operations Group has an open position for a Senior ETF Operations Analyst. The analyst will work closely with the Principal ETF Analyst to perform all current ETF responsibilities for existing funds. Once proficient and independent on these functions, the analyst will assist with the role out of a large ETF project for the firm. The project will include a focus on process optimization through the identification and implantation of technology solutions to increase operational efficiency and build scale. Once live, the senior will then assume additional responsibilities necessary to support the business.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant investment operations experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study

Solid Understanding of the ETF ecosystem and the operational aspects of launching & managing ETFs, as well as the benefits of the ETF structure

Comfortable working in an evolving environment, this is a new business, and the role will change as the product grows and we implement technology solutions

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Individual must be an independent self‑starter, a team player

Able to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism are essential

Compensation & Benefits

At Wellington Management, our approach to compensation is designed to help us attract, inspire and retain the best talent in our industry. We strive to pay employees fairly and competitively across all levels and roles. Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is: USD 90,000 - 180,000

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.  

Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible .
