About the Role

THE ROLE

The Off‑Cycle Internship is up to a year‑long program designed to provide a strong entry point into the Investment Management industry. As an Off‑Cycle Intern, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the firm’s operations while working closely with teams responsible for proxy voting and engagement reporting, as well as the development and execution of corporate access events across APAC. Your responsibilities will include supporting proxy voting processes, preparing engagement reports, and coordinating both on‑site and off‑site activities such as client meetings, site visits, conference calls, roadshows, investment conferences, and tailored field trips. You will collaborate with the Stewardship and Corporate Access teams on data analysis and the development of tracking tools, while also engaging directly with investors — helping to shape agendas, manage itineraries, and respond to company‑related queries where appropriate.
