What you'll be doing
We are looking for a motivated professional to support the Bank's pricing, profitability, and capital optimization activities. In this role, you will work with Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Intra-Group Transfer Rates (ITR), and Risk-Adjusted Pricing (RAS), ensuring consistent and effective business steering.
You will collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Business teams, providing analyses, simulations, and pricing recommendations that help improve profitability and risk-adjusted returns. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, and the enhancement of pricing tools and methodologies.

- Manage and further develop the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Intra-group Transfer Rates (ITR) and Risk Adjusted Pricing (RAS) frameworks, ensuring alignment with Group standards and local business needs;
- Provide internal pricing for commercial and intra-group transactions, supporting balance sheet management, profitability steering and business decision-making;
- Partner with business lines in transaction structuring, product pricing and new product initiatives, helping identify sustainable and profitable growth opportunities;
- Analyze profitability, capital consumption and risk-adjusted performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve portfolio returns and enhance value creation;
- Contribute to the optimization of risk-weighted assets (RWA) and support initiatives aimed at improving capital efficiency and risk-adjusted profitability;
- Perform pricing analyses, simulations and scenario assessments to support business strategies, balance sheet management and Net Interest Income performance;
- Develop insightful reports, presentations and recommendations for management, supporting both strategic and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain and enhance pricing tools and systems, collaborating with Finance, Risk, Treasury, IT and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of methodologies;
- Support financial planning processes and business case development by providing relevant pricing, profitability and capital-related insights;
- Work with large data sets and analytical tools to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Finance, Economics or similar
- CFA/ACI/FRM/ACCA or similar professional certifications is preferred
- Experience in a banking or financial environment; specific banking experience with ALM, Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk Management, Financial Planning is preferred
- Good understanding of financial markets and products
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); good knowledge of BI tools, SQL, VBA, SAS Enterprise, Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, AS400 is a plus
