- Manage projects in line with Bank project management methodology, defined procedures and best practices;
- Ensure a project outcome is delivered within scope, budget and timeline
- Collaborate with stakeholders for setting up delivery approach, priority, resources and scoping requirements;
- Follow project lifecycle and develop project documentation
- Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate resources
- Track project milestones and deliverables,
- Identify and resolve issues, track project risks and manage conflicts
- Manage project dependencies
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members
- Propose improvements for Project Management processes

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project management
- College/University degree with background knowledge of Banking industry and/ or experience in IT industry
- Skilled in tools, techniques and practices of Project Management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Great organizational, planning and execution skills with results oriented mind set
- Advanced PC skills and digital literacy (including MS Project, Power Point, Excel, Word and Visio)
