What you'll be doing

• Manage portfolio of corporate clients; • Carry out assessments and propose restructuring plans and actions based on analysis of the transaction, client’s creditworthiness, collateral pool, financial standing, business plans and opportunities; • Participate in negotiations with clients to define and agree on restructuring strategies; • Prepare executive summaries and risk statements for credit applications submitted by the Relationship managers; • Perform strict monitoring and control on the implementation of the restructuring plans and follow up on respective terms and conditions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economics; • Good knowledge in the sphere of the financial analysis; • Experience on a similar position in a bank is considered as an advantage; • Very good level of written and spoken English; • Excellent communication, presentation skills; • Very good organization of the working process and accuracy in the preparation of the specific documents; • Ability to think reasonably, critically, constructively and out of the box about complex problems, clearly communicate findings and propose solutions; • Capable of working under tight deadlines; • Good digital skills– Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
