What you'll be doing
Support the execution of M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions from origination to closing
Assist in preparing pitchbooks, industry and company analyses, benchmarking, financial modeling, and valuation materials
Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors
Contribute to internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders and clients
Maintain and update internal databases and market intelligence tools
Collaborate closely with colleagues across different business lines and geographies
Take part in shaping client proposals and identifying business opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a quantitative field
1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, or private equity (internships are valued)
Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods (e.g. DCF, trading comparables), and corporate finance principles
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like LSEG Workspace and MergerMarket is a plus
Strong English skills, both written and verbal;
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit
Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and eagerness to learn from senior team members
An excellent command of the Hungarian language is required for this position.
