In this role, we are seeking an accomplished leader to lift our Business Development organization to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development strategy and leadership, a passion for developing high‑performing teams, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation processes.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Business Development team to maximize productivity and foster a results‑driven culture.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintains an in‑depth understanding of compliance and risk, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures the team operates within the set of guidelines.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Ten years related work experience. Five years sales experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role‑specific duties.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high‑performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
