What you'll be doing
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Credit Policies.
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad‑hoc portfolio analyses related to credit policy updates and lending process changes.
- Contribute to credit risk lending process improvements, including documentation and process optimization initiatives.
- Support Second Level Control (2LoD) activities, including monitoring and reporting.
- Participate in the testing and validation of changes to the Underwriting system.
- Monitor and analyze lending process performance, identifying potential areas for enhancement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Currently enrolled at least in the 3rd or 4th year of studies in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in banking, lending processes, and/or risk decision software solutions
- Excellent command of MS Office; knowledge of or experience with Power BI will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English.
- Fluent in Bulgarian.
- Availability and commitment to an internship with a duration of minimum 6 months.
