Junior FX Trader role based in Taipei — focus on pricing, trading book management and regulatory compliance.
Fresh graduate needed with strong Excel, detail-oriented mindset, English & Mandarin fluency, and a passion for trading and client service.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely and competitive pricing service to sales staff
- Manage a trading book and generate budgeted revenue
- Work closely with sales and research team to provide quality service to clients
- Conduct pre-/post-trade reports and ad-hoc tasks if needed
- Provide reliable backup and support for other traders within the team if needed
- Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory, ethical and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or 0-2 related working experiences
- Bachelor or above degree with major in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related field
- Detail-oriented, ability to work under high pressure
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Good team player
- Fast learner with strong motivation
- Strong MS excel skills
