Associate Director – Accessibility - IN The Accessibility function partners across Product, UX, Engineering, Content, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure digital products and services are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with accessibility standards such as WCAG and ADA requirements. The team drives accessibility strategy, audits, governance, training, tooling, and continuous improvements across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

People Responsibilities

People Responsibilities Lead and manage a growing accessibility team with direct people management responsibilities. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build accessibility expertise and leadership capabilities. Drive team engagement, collaboration, performance management, and career development. Support hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and organizational scaling initiatives.
