Senior Manager LFO Support - Lead financial modeling, analysis, and reporting for India LFO.

About the role
The India LFO Support OFFICER supports the India LFO by providing financial analysis and developing insightful reporting.
What you will be responsible for
As an OFFICER in the LFO Support Team you will:
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support planning and forecasting
- Assist in managing the annual planning/budget process
- Drive results by partnering on business-related projects such as modeling business scenarios, creating financials for strategic programs and products, and tracking performance metrics
- Oversee the preparation of analysis, commentary and presentation materials for financial reviews with senior management
- Assist in strategic analysis and decision support to the business/functional heads
- Review India entity P&Ls to enhance the analytics and financial views for Senior Management
- Develop KPIs and models to support future reporting
- Maintain relationships and oversight of geographically dispersed finance support teams (i.e. Insight Center, International finance and accounting teams) to ensure quality deliverables and proper information flow
Experience & Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience within Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Services (required)
- Professional knowledge of accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, or financial planning (required)
- Experience in preparing & presenting financials to Executive Management (required)
- Experience in analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions
- Ability to work independently in an international finance team across multiple locations with global stakeholders
- Strong relationship management and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meet deadlines in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work under pressure and overcome challenges from a constantly shifting delivery landscape
- Well-organized, innovative, a self-starter and a team player with high level of initiative achieving results with little oversight
- Fluency in English – written and spoken communication skills
