Role Overview

The IT Business Specialist plays a key role in supporting strategic technology initiatives and ensuring effective alignment between Business priorities and IT delivery. The position combines strong management skills and functional analysis capabilities, with particular responsibility for coordinating different teams, managing vendor interactions, and supporting decision‑making related to platform evolution within the wealth management environment, with a specific focus on Institutional Management assets.

Minimum Salary

Minimum Salary: €85,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the successful candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self‑management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non‑discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to base salary, employees may, subject to applicable local laws, company policies, and plan terms, be eligible for a country‑aligned benefits package and may be considered, at the Company’s sole discretion, for discretionary annual performance‑based awards.
