IT Business Specialist - Fund Accounting, Assistant Vice President
Milan, Italy
The IT Business Specialist is responsible for providing functional support and acts as a key liaison between Business stakeholders and IT in relation to applications and processes within the Fund Accounting (TA, NAV, settlement and Regulatory aspects) environment. The role serves as the primary functional point of contact for the Office Manager, ensuring effective support through strong knowledge of the relevant operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the Fund Accounting procedure.
- Perform functional analysis on the Fund Accounting application and related software programs.
- Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.

- Experience in functional support and business analysis within application or software environments.
- Good understanding of operational procedures.
- Knowledge of the Fund Accounting process or similar banking operations.
- Ability to gather, document, and coordinate business requirements effectively.

Salary and Benefits
Minimum Salary: €67,500 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the successful candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to base salary, employees may, subject to applicable local laws, company policies, and plan terms, be eligible for a country-aligned benefits package and may be considered, at the Company’s sole discretion, for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
