Who we are looking for
We are hiring an Assistant Vice President to support the design, coordination, and business validation of Agentic AI solutions across Global Delivery Simplification.
This role serves as a bridge between Business, Product, and Operations teams to ensure Agentic AI solutions are effectively validated against business requirements, operational processes, and risk expectations.
The position focuses on helping business stakeholders define testing approaches, develop meaningful business scenarios, identify risks and coverage gaps, and coordinate validation activities to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose prior to production deployment.

The Assistant Vice President supports business-led testing and validation activities for Agentic AI solutions by helping operational teams translate business requirements into effective testing and acceptance criteria.
The role acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring testing activities adequately cover business processes, operational controls, exception scenarios, and AI-specific behaviors while promoting consistency and quality across delivery teams.
What you will be responsible for
- Partner with Product Owners, Operations SMEs, and business stakeholders to define testing objectives, business scenarios, and validation approaches.
- Support the development of test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and business success measures for Agentic AI solutions.
- Help identify testing coverage gaps, operational risks, edge cases, and exception handling requirements.
- Facilitate business validation activities and coordinate testing efforts across Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
- Support validation of agent outputs, decision‑making behavior, escalation paths, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls from a business perspective.
- Assist in assessing AI‑specific risks including hallucinations, bias, explainability concerns, and unexpected agent behavior.
- Track testing progress, risks, dependencies, and validation outcomes, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Support readiness reviews, business sign‑off activities, and post‑implementation feedback collection.
- Contribute to development of testing guidance, reusable templates, and business validation best practices.
- Promote adoption of consistent testing and validation standards across delivery teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Process Improvement, Testing, Change Management, Product Support, or related disciplines.
Experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements, operational processes, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
Experience supporting testing, UAT, validation, transformation, or technology implementation initiatives.
Strong understanding of operational processes, risk considerations, and business controls within complex environments.
Experience working in financial services, asset management, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred.
Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, Agentic AI, or Generative AI initiatives is desirable.
