Client Change Management Senior Associate – Krakow, Poland. Manage BAU change requests end‑to‑end.
Mid‑level role focused on governance, stakeholder coordination, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Change Request Management
Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of BAU change requests from initiation to closure
Support intake, triage, and prioritisation of incoming Change Requests
Ensure completeness and quality of BAU Change Request (CR) documentation (scope, timelines, risks, impacts)
Analysis & Documentation
Gather requirements and document, closely cooperate with BAU CR stakeholders to deliver CR timely and as per agreed scope
Maintain accurate records of change artefacts (CRs, client communication)
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams, SMEs, and client stakeholders to progress changes
Track dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Provide regular status updates and reporting to management and stakeholders
Governance & Control
Ensure all changes follow defined Change Management procedures and SLAs are met
Support compliance with governance frameworks, including approvals and audit requirements
Monitor timelines, elevate delays, and ensure controlled implementation
Support governance with quality control checks
Provide support for Client Leads on ACMH correctness and client reporting building
Delivery Support
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Change Management
Business Solution & Implementation
Provide status updates and management reporting on change progress and delivery
Perform business analysis and impact assessments for Client Change Requests (CRs)
Translate requirements into clear functional documentation and change specifications
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Data, Change Management) and external stakeholders to design and implement solutions
Ensure proper governance, documentation, and alignment with business and system capabilities
Coordinate testing (UAT/BUAT) and support validation prior to production implementation
Required
2–5 years experience in: Change Management / Project Coordination / Middle Office TM / Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple teams/regions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way
Good understanding of governance and process-driven environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience using AI tools in a business environment
For BSI roles Middle Office TM knowledge is a must have (strong understanding of financial instruments, knowledge of ETD/ derivatives)
Familiar with Alpha ecosystem/ trade processing system
Preferred
Experience with: business analysis
Financial services / investment operations
Familiarity with Change Management tools or workflows
Knowledge of Power BI

Minimum Salary
Minimum Salary:
zł87,000 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
