Who we are looking for

Global Funds Management is responsible for treasury, fund administration, and financial and regulatory reporting for our registered and unregistered funds globally. This includes valuation, board liaison and reporting, taxation, expense accruals, service provider oversight, and support for new product initiatives.

As part of this function, we are seeking a Senior Analyst to support the oversight of financial reporting for European mutual funds and ETFs . The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles, together with an understanding of European fund structures. A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in technology and innovation are key to succeeding in this role.

Why this role is important to us

Due to increased client expectations and evolving European regulatory reporting requirements, particularly in relation to fund cost and fee disclosures, there is a need to further strengthen financial reporting oversight capabilities within the team. This role will support that objective by contributing strong fund accounting or audit expertise.

The individual will take a key role in reviewing annual and interim fund financial statements, coordinating with key stakeholders such as the financial reporting team and external auditors, reviewing underlying fund data, and supporting compliance with applicable local regulatory disclosure requirements. The role will also contribute to horizon scanning for upcoming regulatory developments and assessing their potential impact on financial disclosures.

In addition, the individual will support ongoing initiatives to enhance controls, improve process efficiency, and strengthen the overall financial reporting oversight framework for European funds.
