Manage People Capability Operations in Bangalore with a focus on training excellence
Job Summary
• We are currently looking for Manager-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
• Experience in e-learning development and deployments
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders that allows end-to-end seamless delivery of all activities and focus on delivering flawless service delivery in ILT, VILT, Digital & e-Learning deployments
• Responsible for TAT, Quality & meeting the SLA for the projects/deliverables managed
• Gather requirements for the delivery of a new programme & place an effective project plan after analysing different approaches in consultation with platform team & provide a best possible process to deliver the project
• Constantly look for process improvements and simplification of work.
• Expertise in preparing dashboards and reports and presenting it to the stakeholders.

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Good in analytical skills & problem-solving skills
• Excellent hands-on working knowledge in Ms-Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, preparation of reports etc)
• High energy person and the one who has the appetite for doing more
• Should also have an eye for detail
• The incumbent should have 7-8 years of experience including experience in Project Management.
Education
• Any Degree (B.E./BTECH Preferred)
