Job Summary

Job Summary We are currently looking for Associate Manager-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Chennai . The incumbent have to manage the e-learning development and deployments for the bank. Hands on experience in major build interactive e-learning using tools such as, Articulate 360, Lectora, Canva, and similar Coding implementation for custom features, interactive elements and LMS compatible frameworks using programming languages HTML, CSS, Javascript Development of e-learning Courses, videos, interactive PDF, ready reckoners Design of visually appealing user interfaces, Graphics, Animation, layouts webpages, banners, flyers, using Adobe creative suite Collaboration with onsite team and clients in Project discussion and co-ordination Excellent hands-on working knowledge in Ms-Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, preparation of reports etc)
