JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for Manager-SME for our People Capability Ops Team in Bangalore. The incumbent will have manage the development and deployment of e-learning projects and other digital learning interventions, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team.

Experience

• 10-12 years of experience on the above.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles

Qualification

• Education - Engineering background

Role Specific Technical Competencies

CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors - Learning module or any other major LMS administration

Proficiency in Prescriptive Rule (PR) creation/modification

E-learning experience is must.

Excellent hands‑on working knowledge in Ms-Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, preparation of reports etc)

Excellent communication skills – spoken and written

Ability to help design and deploy learning solutions
