Job Summary

The Content Manager will join our Design Studio team which provides content and design services to the Bank as part of Group Enablement Services at Standard Chartered GBS. This role involves creating and refining content and communications strategy for global use by our journey leaders and the management team, across both external and internal platforms. The ideal candidate should have writing expertise in areas like Go-to-market and client facing communications (emailers, web content, UI/UX content, video scripting, presentations, ghost writing, social media etc.) with an excellent structural and grammatical hold for technical content editing and upliftment. The candidate must also be able to repurpose key content across website copy, blog posts, social posts, leadership communications, and product descriptions - to engage our target audiences and strengthen our brand. Additional duties include researching industry trends, project management, global stakeholder communications. Required basic skills: MS Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word).
