Business Development Officer, Mortgage & Acquisition - Drive growth in mortgage business at Standard Chartered, Kwun Tong.

Job Responsibilities
- Acquire mortgage business by building strong relationships with referral intermediaries.
- Develop new business by strengthening relationships and expanding networks to meet targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow the Corporate Partnerships network.
- Provide tailored banking solutions aligned with clients' needs and goals.
- Promote mortgage products to generate revenue from clients and prospects.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer clients to support sales targets.
Ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience in sales, ideally including knowledge of retail banking products.
- Proven sales abilities with a strong dedication to meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with effective time management skills.
- Familiarity with the financial industry environment is important.
- Knowledge of the local property market is beneficial.
- Possession of Insurance Papers 1, 2, and 3 licenses.
- Proficiency in Putonghua and English is preferred.
