Financial Engineer role in Putrajaya—drive pricing and automation for RBC.

Scope of Activity
Limited to structuring support only
No execution authority
No client-facing activities (no chat, meetings, etc.)
Internal RBC collaboration only
Involvement in the pricing process
Core Competencies
Solid understanding of derivatives and options markets, including pricing, risk management, and ability to structure basic option products
Deep knowledge of at least one market segment: Structured Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit, Equity, or Quantitative Investment Strategies
Ability to perform effectively in high‑pressure environments
Technical Profile
Programming experience in Python, C++, Java, or equivalent languages, in addition to VBA
Understanding of basic pricing models and quantitative methodologies
Proficiency with automation tools, including AI‑enabled solutions
Experience designing and implementing automation solutions, APIs, and databases
Demonstrated ability to conduct back‑testing and generate performance reports
