Manager – SEO
Your typical week will include the following.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company's website.
- • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
- • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including meta tag optimization, link building, and content creation.
- • Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content, blog posts, and other digital assets.
- • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
- • Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- • Ensure that the SEO best practices are implemented in the website design and development.
You could be the right candidate if you
- • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
