Internship opportunity in product project management at Prudential Syariah, Jakarta—track timelines, coordinate meetings, and support project teams.
Gain hands‑on experience in data reporting and stakeholder communication while contributing to diverse, inclusive business initiatives.
Monitoring & Timeline Management
Assist in maintaining and monitoring project timelines to ensure all projects are on track according to the schedule.
Update project trackers and highlight potential delays or overlapping timelines.
Project Follow‑Up
Follow up on project progress with the Product Team and relevant stakeholders.
Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing Product Projects .
Meeting & Documentation
Setting Meeting
Create and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.
Reporting & Data Support
Support the preparation and maintenance of Excel‑based reports (timeline, progress, status).
Assist with basic analysis related to project status, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ad‑hoc Support
Provide additional project and administrative support as required by the Product Project Implementation team.
