具備良好的工作態度及嫻熟的業務推動能力，能深入經營保經代通路業務員，推廣我司保險商品及建立我司良好形象，使其產出我司所需之業務績效。

工作內容

• 1. 教育訓練: 早夕會新商品及銷售技巧訓練，建立與業務員良好合作關係以達成業務目標。
• 2. 業務輔導: 對通路業務員的輔銷能力，各項專案的運作及推動, 商品行銷話術演練。
• 3. 行政協助: 協助銷售人員處理新契約照會, 保全事務, 保險各項規範說明及宣導 。
• 4. 具備正向積極的工作態度，經營保經代通路產出業績的能力。
• 5.保持同業及市場訊息敏感度, 以即時因應各種市場變化

需求條件

• 1.商科相關學系大學畢業或以上學歷
• 2.相關保經代二年以上經驗
• 3.主講大型教育訓練經驗
• 4.主動,積極,應變能力強,擅長溝通協調,業務推展能力及抗壓力強
• 5.具壽險相關專業及金融相關證照(人身保險、投資型，外幣非收付型)
