Manager, Agency Transformation Delivery – Lead transformation initiatives, manage PMO, collaborate cross-functionally in Kuala Lumpur.
Drive agency change, monitor KPIs, and support field execution to embed new practices.
Transformation Program Delivery
Support and deliver assigned agency transformation initiatives end‑to‑end.
Drive progress across multiple workstreams and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
Execution‑Focused Project Management Office (PMO)
Manage PMO processes that effectively facilitate informed decisions and prompt actions.
Maintain strong governance, cadence, and follow‑up on agreed actions.
Identify delivery risks early and proactively elevate and resolve issues.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with different divisions across the company to support delivery.
Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines and interdependencies.
Data, Tracking & Insights
Monitor delivery progress by evaluating outcome‑driven key performance indicators.
Analyse data to identify gaps in execution, adoption, or performance.
Facilitate ongoing enhancement by identifying successful strategies and areas requiring refinement.
Driving Adoption & Field Execution
Support implementation of initiatives with field leaders and agency teams.
Ensure initiatives are embedded into day‑to‑day agency operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure within agency.
Experience supporting transformation initiatives, strategy execution or business change.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong organisational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable engaging stakeholders and escalating issues constructively.
