Title: Manager, U.S Regulatory Reporting Location: PERSIARAN IRC 2, IOI RESORT CITY IOI CITY TOWER ONE:PUTRAJAYA
Ensuring accuracy, validity and completeness of all documentation necessary to meet organizational, industry, and governmental regulatory requirements. Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to assess documentation requirements that enhance compliance with state, federal and financial regulations to mitigate legal or financial risk. Fostering open communication and information sharing within the organization to ensure that managers are knowledgeable of documentation-related responsibilities, goals, initiatives and their established deadlines. Partnering and interacting with internal and external auditors and customers to ensure comprehension and compliance of policies, procedures, processes and related documents.
