We are seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to support our Group TA team in Hong Kong. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to TA strategy and transformation initiatives across all the markets Asia, Africa and Europe. The intern will work closely with the TA Excellence & Effectiveness team, contributing to both BAU hiring activities and strategic projects.
TA Projects & Transformation
Support ongoing TA initiatives, including:
- Process standardisation
- Candidate experience improvements
- TA technology (e.g., Workday) enhancements
Contribute to change management activities (e.g., communications, adoption tracking)
Talent Insights & Reporting
Support preparation of TA dashboards and hiring reports
Analyse hiring data to identify trends and insights
Stakeholder Experience
Support coordination with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams
