Operates as Operations Change Management Manager at Prudential in Ho Chi Minh City, responsible for driving change initiatives across the division.
Leads change strategy, stakeholder engagement, training, and governance to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Change Strategy & Delivery
Implement change management plan to foster a positive change mindset within the division and plans tailored to operational project.
Involve in change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify key areas of focus.
Manage the division’s implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
Follow change direction & framework to plan communication and engagement activities across the change life cycle (from readiness and deployment to post-implementation adoption)
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
Collaborate with business process owners to create and manage a clear communication plan, ensuring consistent messaging and stakeholder alignment.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and people managers to help them fulfill their change leadership roles.
Communication & Training
Design and deliver tailored communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and executive alignment materials for diverse business audiences.
Collaborate with training teams to develop and implement learning programs that support capability building.
Facilitate training and development programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.
Collaborate with internal team for production plan
Change Readiness & Adoption
Collaborate with Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback and data to make informed adjustments.
Track adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve change interventions.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to enhance engagement and refine change approaches.
Governance & report
Participate in change governance forums and provide regular updates on change progress, risks, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Prudential’s change management frameworks and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Company Management.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu
Qualifications :
University degree in Business/Commerce or related fields as Marketing
At least 3 years relevant experience with change management or related, preferably in banking/ insurance, consulting industry
Experience in communication & event is a plus
Knowledge and skill:
Technical skills:
- Beginning Canva & PowerPoint design.
- Verbal & writing communication
- Fluency in MS Office & Business English.
Soft skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, analytical & critical thinking skills
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of the organization
- Experienced with large transformation projects with multiple workstreams
