Job Overview

This role leads Prudential Hong Kong’s corporate content and digital communications, positioning the company’s narrative across LinkedIn and owned channels to strengthen reputation, leadership visibility, and stakeholder understanding.

This role is responsible for leading Prudential Hong Kong’s corporate content and digital communications, with a focus on LinkedIn and owned channels.

The role operates as a central content engine, translating corporate priorities and narratives into clear, engaging, and consistent content to support reputation, leadership visibility, and stakeholder understanding.

Working closely with the Director, Corporate Communications and team members, the role ensures alignment across content, channels, and corporate positioning.

Job Requirements

Experience

6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, digital content, or related fields

Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred

Skills & capabilities

Strong writing and editorial skills in English and Chinese

Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content

Experience managing corporate social media programmes (preferably LinkedIn)

Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior stakeholders

Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams

Personal attributes

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Good judgement on tone, positioning, and reputational considerations

Detail‑oriented, with high standards on content quality

Able to operate in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
