Drive Advanced Analytics & Automation

Collaborate with Actuarial and Finance teams to define calculation logic, identify key drivers, and validate data sources for financial models (e.g., CSM, cash flow forecasting).

Utilize Python and other tools to extract data, develop models, and automate workflows, ensuring solutions are accurate, auditable, and compliant.

Enable System Integration & Innovation

Define technical requirements for integrating financial systems (GL, subledgers, actuarial platforms) with data ecosystems.

Partner with IT to ensure real‑time data flow, seamless reporting, and scalable infrastructure.

Optimize Processes & Deliver Insights

Identify efficiency opportunities through data-driven insights, working closely with Finance, Actuarial, and IT teams.

Develop dashboards and visualization tools to support executive decision‑making and stakeholder communication.

Build scalable reporting solutions and dashboards to ensure data accessibility for cross‑functional teams, reducing reliance on external consultants.
