Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement you will lead a team that provides in-field consultation and training to RBC Insurance (RBCI) Proprietary advisor and Leaders for the Life, Living Benefits and Wealth product lines.
Your team will be responsible for achieving sales and business development goals through the support of RBC Insurance Advisors by providing in-field training, consultation, and joint client meetings.
Support the role out of Conquest Planning Tool.
What will you do?
Support and coach Insurance Advice Consultants to ensure they are providing in-field training, consultations, and joint client meetings.
Maintain key partnering relationship with the business heads, and senior leaders, RVPs, Business Development & H.O Partners.
Deliver presentation at National & Leadership events.
Build content, deliver training & coach your team to support the achievement of business goals.
Upskill Sales & Advice consultants on sales concepts, market, and product updates.
Support the role of Conquest Planning Tool
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Demonstrate Exemplary Presentation Skills
Strong collaborator with proven communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Professional sales experience that demonstrates passion achieved through opportunity spotting, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets
Advanced insurance product knowledge and active in the Insurance Industry.
Experience with Conquest Planning Tool
Strong consulting, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Proven success with relationship management
A car and valid driver’s license. Travel: 25-50%
Life License Qualifying Program (LLQP) designation
Nice-to-have
University education or equivalent in a relevant field
French capabilities are considered an asset
Industry designations (i.e., CLU, CHS, CFP)

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
