Position Purpose
The Product Intern supports the Product team in product development, implementation, and performance monitoring activities for Life & Health Insurance products. The role is designed to provide strong exposure to insurance product fundamentals, actuarial thinking, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination, while developing analytical and professional skills aligned with future actuarial or product career paths.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Market Analysis Support
- Support market research and competitor comparisons for Life & Health Insurance products.
- Assist in data gathering and analysis for product features, benefits, pricing structures, and positioning.
- Prepare comparison tables, summaries, and insights for internal use.
2. Product Development & Implementation Support
- Assist in preparing product documentation and internal reference materials.
- Support coordination activities including timeline and approval tracking.
- Consolidate inputs from stakeholders such as Actuarial, Distribution, Operations, and Training.
3. Product Performance & Data Support
- Support basic product performance analysis under guidance.
- Maintain tracking files, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
- Identify basic trends or observations from data.
4. Training & Communication Support
- Assist in preparing training materials, slides, and Q&A documents.
- Support logistics preparation for product briefings and workshops.
5. Team & Project Support
- Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and action tracking.
- Work closely with the manager to learn end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Job Requirements
Education
Undergraduate student in Actuarial Science or a related quantitative discipline.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Basic analytical and numerical capability.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Personal Attributes
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
Able to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team.
Performance Expectations
