Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Intern, Business Conservation who is passionate about customer service and eager to gain hands‑on experience in handling customer interactions and supporting business operations.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers, addressing inquiries, requests, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow communication scripts and apply knowledge of company products and services when interacting with customers
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver appropriate solutions effectively
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality and efficiency
