Internship in HR Service Delivery – Support digital transformation across Malaysia

Project & Coordination Support
Help coordinate project activities across HR, Tech, and local HR teams
Support meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and capture minutes & action items
Track actions, risks, issues, and key milestones
Documentation & PMO Support
Assist in preparing:
o Project updates and status decks
o Requirement trackers and issue logs
o UAT documentation and test trackers
Maintain organized project folders and documents (SharePoint / Teams)
Testing, Go ‑ Live & Support Activities
Support HR User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
o Coordinate testing schedules
o Track defects and resolutions
Assist during Go ‑ Live and post go ‑ live support by:
o Consolidating daily status updates
o Tracking issues and frequently raised questions
Change & Training Support
Support change and training activities, including:
o Training attendance tracking
o Feedback collation
o Basic preparation of user materials or job aids
Reporting & Insights
Help compile simple reports and trackers (e.g. adoption, training completion, open issues)
Support preparation of summaries for leadership updates
What You’ll Learn
How large ‑ scale HR and technology transformations are run
Exposure to HR systems, governance, and project management
Working with stakeholders across different countries and functions
Practical experience in documentation, testing, and change enablement
