Title: Privacy Program Analyst | PGIM Ireland

Location: Letterkenny, Ireland

Description: This role will be base din our Letterkenny office 2/3 days per week.

The Global Privacy Office is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Global Privacy Program Analyst to support the development, coordination, and governance of our Global Privacy Program.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop & Manage Global Privacy Program Documentation

Draft, refine, and maintain Global Privacy Program materials ( e.g. , Policies and standards ; Program guidance and playbooks ; Training content and awareness materials )

Ensure documentation is updated in alignment with regulatory and program changes.

Maintain version control and coordinate reviews, approvals, and publication cycles.

2. Coordinate Global Privacy Program Governance Activities

Support preparation f or Program governance forums ( e.g., Committee s , Working Group s , et c.)

Engage as part of Compliance Risk Management to support cross-functional alignment for Pri vacy risk and controls.

Manage Glo bal Priva cy SharePoint sites : content, and appropriate access controls.

Drive development and distribution of Program communications, newsletters, and updates.

3. Facilitate Regulatory Change Management Activities

Fa cilitate regulatory change mana gement ac tivities f or Global Privacy Pro gram , i ncluding s upport ing assessments of regulatory changes and their implications for the Global Privacy Program.

Assist in coordinating responses, required updates, and remediation activities across impacted teams.

4. Support Monitoring & Testing of Program Minimum Requirements

Assist in planning, execution, and documentation of Pro gram monitoring and testing requirement s .

Su pport evidence collection, data validation, and quality checks.

Gat her outcomes, remediation actions, and completion status to inform Glob al Privacy Off ice insight across Firs t Li ne Priva cy .

5. Partner on Global Privacy Reporting & Risk Analysis

Collaborate closely with the Global Privacy Reporting teams to:

Sup port validation of inputs for dashboards, metrics, and risk reporting

Analyze trends, recurring issues, and theme s

Assist in preparing Program-level reporting for leadership, committees, and regulatory obligations

What We’re Looking For

5- 7 + years in privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, or risk management.

Working knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, LGPD, etc.).

Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to evaluate control effectiveness.

Exceptional writing, organization, and documentation skills . Ability to work cross functionally in a complex, highly regulated environment.

S trong or ganization and workload management sk ills

Nice to Have

Experience in a 2LOD or oversight/compliance function.

Certifications such as CIPM , CIPP/US , or CIPT .

Familiarity with Privacy Management tools, GRC platforms, docume nt managemen t sites, or privacy risk taxonomies.
