Was erwartet Sie
Eigenverantwortliche rechtliche Beratung von Banken, Leasinggebern, Funds, Sponsoren, Leasingnehmern und Kreditnehmern bei komplexen nationalen und internationalen Finanzierungen
Strukturierung und Leitung anspruchsvoller Transaktionen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Asset- und Projektfinanzierungen
Direkte Mandatsverantwortung sowie strategischer Sparringspartner für Mandanten
Aktive Rolle beim Ausbau bestehender Mandatsbeziehungen sowie bei Akquise- und Business-Development-Aktivitäten
Anleitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Associates sowie Steuerung kleinerer Projektteams
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in grenzüberschreitenden Mandaten
Was uns überzeugt
Zwei überdurchschnittliche Staatsexamina
Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Banking & Finance in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei
Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken
Souveränes Auftreten im direkten Mandantenkontakt und Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Mandanten
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Mandaten
Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Entwicklung von jüngeren Teammitgliedern
