Role description

Financial and Regulatory reporting role within the Financial Control Division

Responsibilities

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required

Minimum Degree from an accredited University and Qualified Accountant (CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
Minimum 12 years relevant financial and management accounting working experience, preferably with Banks, Financial Institutions, including experience with Big Four Audit Firms
Strong accounting knowledge in both US GAAP and IFRS reporting, including consolidations
Track record in addressing and resolving issues independently, attention to details with strong quantitative and analytical capability, and maintain a strong can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills with ability to handle difficult situations; proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
Understanding of and/or previous experience completing HK SFC FRR returns
Power user of Excel and PowerPoint, with experience and knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) advantageous
