Pay Range
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $86,000 and $115,000/year* (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).

Role Description
Lead the daily ETF operations workflow coordination and oversight
Serve as operational liaison between Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Trading, Product, Legal and Technology teams
Leverage stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external service providers
Create scalable processes to support the firm's ETF product growth strategy
Develop and maintain operational procedures for new ETF launches and ongoing product management
Identify and mitigate operational risks across the ETF value chain
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
3-5 years of ETF operations experience at an asset management firm, custodian or fund accounting organization
Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, including basket construction, NAV calculations, and authorized participant relationships
Experience working with internal and external service providers across the ETF value chain
Knowledge of asset management regulatory environment (Investment Company Act, SEC reporting requirements)
Knowledge of equity, fixed income, derivative investments, and emerging markets
Advanced Excel proficiency for portfolio analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Aladdin)
Understanding of market data vendors and ETF-specific data feeds
