Role Description

Nomura is seeking a Regional Team Lead to oversee Identity Operations for the US region, based in Jacksonville, Florida. The candidate must have either Active Directory or ForgeRock Directory Services as a technical skill set.

Reporting into the Identity global manager based in London, this role will manage day-to-day operations for the region and ensure seamless delivery of identity services across the region. The successful candidate will bridge technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence.

We are looking for someone with strong operational discipline, excellent analytical capability, and hands‑on expertise managing Active Directory or ForgeRock Directory Services.
