Lead a team of Residential Credit Assessors at ING in Sydney/Wyong | High-impact leadership role.

Drive change, develop talent, and shape home lending experience in a people‑first culture.

At ING, our purpose is to empower people to stay a step ahead in life and business. We make banking simpler, easier and more rewarding, so our customers can focus on what matters most to them. As one of Australia’s most recommended banks, we’re proud of our people-first culture, innovative mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

We're looking for a Team Leader, Residential Credit Assessor to join our Lending Operations team. In this role, you'll lead a large team of credit professionals, champion a culture of excellence and collaboration, and help deliver market-leading experiences for customers and broker partners. Beyond day-to-day leadership, you'll be at the centre of strategic change—working across Operations, Credit Risk, Distribution and the Mortgage Tribe to improve processes, uplift capability and support initiatives that shape how ING delivers home lending into the future.

If you enjoy developing people, building strong relationships and driving meaningful outcomes, this is an opportunity to take your leadership career to the next level.

This is a permanent role that can be based in Sydney or Wyong.
