Description:

We are seeking a commercially minded Crisis and Resilience Leader who combines deep operational credibility with the ability to grow and lead a high‑performing consulting practice. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office and can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office.

This role requires someone who has genuinely operated under pressure leading or advising during major incidents, crises or high consequence events while also bringing strong business acumen, leadership capability and growth mindset.
