(Senior) Managing Consultant – Strategic Risk (6mo Fixed Term Contract with potential to convert to permanent)
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Strategic Risk Consulting team at Marsh UK. This role will be based in London (Tower Place). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Oversee delivery of scaled risk and resilience projects, leveraging junior team effectively
Identify and exploit synergies in our offerings as a result of your holistic understanding of the risk agenda
Help us to develop the next generation of consultants as we grow our team
What you need to have:
Deep subject matter expertise in the core areas of Enterprise Risk and Resilience, whether from previous consulting roles or in-house positions
Previous experience driving consulting projects effectively for complex clients
A desire to coach and develop the next generation of consultants
Comfort and familiarity operating in C‑suite environments or equivalent
A collegiate and results-focused approach: we succeed or fail as a team
